OUR STORY
Integrity First Development Group was established in 2019 after our founders were invited to speak at a real estate conference about their individual businesses.
​
Following the event Dustin, Anthony, Kasey, and Jarred decided to go to dinner where they discussed what each shared at the conference, challenges they were facing in their markets, and the common problems encountered. From this, the idea of working together was brought up. After several meetings they decided to move forward with working together and assembled a crew for our first development project located in Spring Hill, FL. After successfully completing the project they continued to put their ideas, resources, and unique advantages together to lower costs, risks, & increase efficiency in an unpredictable housing market.
This enabled us to serve our purpose at a high level, helping people sell their land for what they deserve while making the process as convenient and rewarding as possible........operating with Integrity first.

THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Dustin Nelson
Operations Manager - Dustin's team oriented mindset, leadership skills, and ability to communicate are what set him apart from others. Before starting his own company in 2013 Dustin had seven years of experience managing commercial construction with a firm in Lakeland, FL. As our operations manager he manages construction, administrative, and purchasing projects. Dustin was born and raised in Winter Park, FL. In his free time Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife Claire, their two boys, watching his children participate in their sporting activities, and cook on the grill.
Anthony Gonzalez
Land Development Manager - Anthony's attention to detail and ability to forecast problems and prevent them is top tier. After graduating college Anthony worked his way from Land Acquisition Analyst to Vice President of Land Acquisition and development for a regional home builder prior to deciding to start his own home building company. As our land development manager he oversees assessing the viability of each project and preparation of our jobs site for development. Anthony was Born in Miami, FL. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Alejandra & their two kids Anthony Jr & Sophia
Kasey Sims
Production Manager - From his calm demeanor to his unparalleled work ethic Kasey's uncanny ability to get things done means we can always count on him. His interest in real estate began while visiting Job sites with his uncle who was a builder in Athens, GA as a teen. Upon graduating college Kasey worked for home rehabbers bringing them distressed properties to rehab until he saved up enough money to purchase his first property to renovate. As our production manager he plans and assign resources, ensuring timelines are being reached and quality is to our company's standards. Kasey was Born in Stone Mountain, GA and attended the University of South Florida where he received his bachelors in Business Administration. In his spare time he enjoys riding jet-skiing, kayaking, and attending Tampa Bay Lightning & Buccaneers games.
Jarred Kelly
Land Acquisition Manager - Jarred's creative thinking abilities and desire to genuinely help people make him special. From his early years in high school he's always been passionate about business and real estate. After spending 8 years in online sales he transitioned to working under a local developer until 4 years ago when he stepped out on his own. As our acquisition manager he works directly with sellers using his creativity to create offers that best match the seller's needs while acquiring raw or developed land for the purpose of building. Jarred was born in New Jersey and raised in Saint Petersburg, FL. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, watching team sports, and movies with a deeper meaning than meets the eye. He also mentors high school students in the county where he grew up.
